DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS Temperature - 130F., Operating, 180 F. maximum.

Operations Specifications Heater Capacity — One (1)1.000.000 BTU Heater. Circulation - One (1) 20.000 CFM propeller fans complete with 3 HP, open drip proof motor and motor controls.
Ignition - Automatic, manual selection. Purge Time - Approximately 20 minutes.
Safety Equipment — Necessary safety control for NFPA approval will include flame failure protection of the flame monitoring type utilizing a flame rod, safety gas shut-off valve, high/low gas pressure switch and pilot with solenoid.
Control — Partlow automatic, modulating indicating controller. Exhaust Fans - One (1) , 1.100 CFM centrifugal exhaust with 3/4 HP motor and control.
Physical Specifications Work Openings 9’ 0” wide x 8’ 0” high Inside Dimensions — 18’ 0” long x 9’ 3” wide x 11’ 0” high.
Personnel Door - One (1) included, 30” x 72” complete with frame, handle, hinges, gasket and explosion latches.
Panel construction — Standard, telescoping; 20 gauge aluminized steel exterior and 20 gauge aluminized steel interior separated by 3” mineral wool and/or equal semi rigid insulation with non-settling characteristics.
Burner Location — On side of oven, near top. Control Panel - One (1) prewired, shop tested, free standing NEMA-12 control panel will be furnished with circuits prewired to terminal strips.
A door mounted disconnect with interlock hardware to prevent opening the door without disrupting the power supply is included.
These ovens are in good condition and ready to go.
